• PRODUCT WARRANTY PROCEDURE

    If your device is under warranty and you want to process it, you can do it through the location where you've purchased the device or through us directly.


    REQUEST AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RMA)

It is imperative that we send a copy of the purchase receipt or invoice to process the warranty. This RMA number must be retained in case you had to make any inquiries about your issue.


    SHIPPING AND RETURN PROCEDURE

    Once we have given you the authorization number (RMA #), a courier will pick up the device at the address provided within 24-48 hours and it will be sent back when the issue has been resolved. Courier charges and return shipping of the device is under warranty and are paid by us.

    All devices that are receive and do not comply with the Terms of the Guarantee will be returned, having to pay the shipping and return charges by bank transfer, for which you will have to send proof by email and state your name and RMA number. Once the payment has been received we will proceed to return your device.


    SHIPPING PREPARATIONS

    The device must be sent in their original packaging with all accessories included in the sales pack of the product. In case you do not have all the accessories that originally came with the device, it will be returned without those accessories that have not been sent. If you do not have the original packaging you can use other packaging materials.

    The sales pack of the product must be in a cardboard box of a size that is consistent with it, in order to avoid issues with sudden movements that may occur inside by filling paper, cardboard, plastic bubble or any equipment designed for this purpose. This ensures that your device is perfectly packed and reaches our SAT in optimal conditions.

    It is not necessary to indicate the shipping address on the outside of the box. What you need is the RMA number that has been facilitated and email that we have along with your contact details and address.

    All devices that are received without meeting these requirements will be returned and the user will have to pay the shipping and return.

    After 24 hours of receiving the device we are not responsible for damage that may have occurred during shipping.

  • HANDLING OF PRODUCTS OUT OF WARRANTY AND REPAIRS

    If your device is out of warranty and need support, or need a repair, you can make it through the location where you've purchased the device or through us directly.


    REPAIR ESTIMATE

    You should request a repair quotation by calling 902-750-395, email us at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or fill out the form below. It is imperative that you send us a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase to arrange the estimate. We do not sell individual components of our devices to preserve the security thereof.

    If it is necessary to ship the device to perform a repair estimate, the cost is € 15 + portes + iva. If you agree with the cost of the repair there is no charge for the shipping and we will proceed to repair the device, otherwise you would just pay the amount of the cost of shipping.

    If we can facilitate the repair estimate without checking the device we will contact you to inform you of the amount thereof. If it is accepted we will provide a return authorization number (RMN). This number must be retained in case you have to make any inquiries about your repair.


    SHIPPING AND RETURN PROCEDURE
